Maintenance

Regular building and site maintenance, landscaping and cleaning are fundamental to our approach.

We care for the environment and recognise the important part it plays in creating an attractive place to work.

Cleaning Service

We have a regular programme of work looking after all the accommodation for which The Bond Company is responsible. This covers all the public areas.

Tenants are responsible for their own individual spaces. They may use their own services to look after and keep their space clean and well maintained or ask Reception for details of cleaning services provided by The Bond Company.

Sustainable Environment

In all its services The Bond Company actively supports a positive approach to creating a sustainable environment from re-using materials in the regeneration of the Victorian buildings through to using energy efficient light bulbs and recycling of all paper and printer toner cartridges and other services. We know we can not change the world by ourselves, but we take our responsibility to help create a sustainable environment very seriously.
