The Bond Company seeks to run well managed quality accommodation with 24 hour security provision and all year round. Our main office buildings at The Bond & The Arch both have residential caretakers.

All main access doors are key pad controlled and codes are regularly changed. The Bond Company takes security seriously and asks tenants to be vigilant at all times reporting any incidents direct to Reception if any should arise. The comprehensive CCTV coverage is monitored through Reception. We believe that the high standard of security provision we offer is suitable for a wide variety of businesses. However, it is important for prospective tenants decide whether this is the service that suits them.
