The Bond Story
Created in 1988 with the purpose of undertaking innovative and creative regeneration, the Bond Company has grown from a single site operation to a complex of sites providing professionally managed accommodation for all types of business in one of Europe's leading regeneration areas.

During an exciting period of intense growth and development the Company experienced all sorts of challenges. As a fledgling new enterprise it benefited from innovative changes in government grants when it first started and has since gone on to achieve extensive new developments to match the aspirations and goals of its clients and customers.

In the early days the directors did everything from driving cranes to carpentry and glazing. Now the Bond Company benefits from the support of an excellent team who work closely with the directors to achieve quality of service on all sites.

The Bond has attracted much interest, support and publicity. We are grateful to everyone who has participated in our development and for the support we have received from Birmingham City Council, Advantage West Midlands and the Government Office of the West Midlands including English Partnerships and European Regional Development Grant assistance.
