Our newly expanded Meetings, Conference and Events Facilities provide a comprehensive service for all kinds of events from busy one day conferences seating 200 with 12 separate breakout spaces, individual meetings in character accommodation, training sessions and interviews to annual general meetings, lectures, exhibitions and fashion shows. Our major functions room Waterside directly overlooks the Grand Union Canal.

All rooms are on the ground floor adjacent to Reception and with good access matching the latest DDA requirements. Informal seating is available outside the Waterside Suite along with a coffee making facilities. Free WiFi is available. Booking charges include delegate packs, equipment such as projector, flip charts and screen. Please discuss when making a booking.

The Bond Company combines cost effective prices with high professional standards. There are discounts for charities and Bond Company tenants and special rates for regular users. We will always try to find the right space for you and your event whatever their size or scale. No meeting is too small for us to take a personal interest.

Accommodation includes:

• Interview Room (up to 4).
• Boardroom (up to 12) is conveniently situated adjacent to Reception.
• Icebox (up to 15) is part of our Waterside suite.
  
• Training Room for meetings of 5 to 25.
  
• Seminar Room for groups up to 9
  
• Gallery (up to 20) is also near Reception.
  
• Conservatory (up to 30) is a larger, double height room. (The Gallery is directly linked to Conservatory and adjacent to Boardroom. The three rooms can be used individually or as a suite.)
  
• Waterside overlooking the Grand Union Canal is our major functions room for up to 100 theatre style and 50 boardroom style. (Waterside, Icebox and Seminar Room are all suited together with their own kitchen and WCs – see below)
  
• The Gatehouse is a versatile large space with direct ground floor access for all kinds of events up to 200 (see also Events). Gatehouse has its own kitchen and WCs.
  
• The Canopy is a large covered space within which Café Bond is located and is adjacent to the canal

Waterside Suite

The Waterside Suite offers an exceptional, flexible arrangement of large and small rooms grouped around an informal seating area. The rooms include Waterside, Icebox, Seminar Room and the small interview room. The suite has its own kitchen and WCs and can be accessed from Reception or from the visitors’ car park.

Facilities can be booked individually, in combinations or as one comprehensive arrangement. Together the accommodation provides a unique and distinctive historic canal side venue for impressive events and occasions. Individually each room provides a unique setting for a meeting or special occasion.
