These units have been merged to create a larger office space in the open plan third floor of the Icehouse. There are plenty of natural light and original features with a smaller separate private office area within the unit. The Third floor offers a real sense of ‘community’ with a shared kitchen facility and male/female toilet facilities on the floor.

The Bond
The Bond is located in the Warwick Bar Conservation area near the city centre and adjacent the canal in Birmingham’s Millennium quarter for Learning and Media. The facilities are situated in a magnificent Victorian warehouse, an original canal tollhouse and a post war industrial building. All the buildings have been converted and refurbished to a high standard. They stand around a cobbled courtyard and private wharf, a short distance from Millennium Point.
 
Accommodation
The Bond provides managed accommodations for established business who are looking for an office of character and distinction. No two spaces in The Bond are the same. Each has its own unique qualities: some unit overlook the canal, others the courtyard. Where ever possible original details of the Victorian architecture have been preserved. Unit vary in size from 250 square feet to 5,000 square feet on one floor. Lift access is available to all floors except the basement.
 
Operation
The central reception area, separate visitor and tenant car parks, automated gates, continuous on site security and CCTV create an attractive and well managed environment where businesses can flourish. Our eight conference spaces range in size, the largest seating up to 200. Projectors, HD Plasma televisions and laptops are available for all rooms with Wi-Fi access. All rooms are available to tenants and outside organisations. The Cafe provides a range of catering services for the offices and boardrooms in addition to a pleasant canal side sitting area.
