The Bond Company seeks to run well managed quality accommodation with 24 hour security processes in place seven days a week and all year round.
The Bond Company has a state of the art CCTV security system.
All main access doors are key pad controlled and codes are regularly changed. The Bond Co. takes security seriously and asks tenants to be vigilant at all times reporting any incidents direct to Reception if any should arise. The comprehensive CCTV coverage is monitored through Reception. However it is important for prospective tenants to decide whether or not the services provided by The Bond Co including security are to a satisfactory standard and suitable for them.
